The Horned Entity
It appears there in the middle of the space. Even this close, you can't make out any of the facial features. It's almost like the faces in Perpetual Shadow. As it stands there, it kind of raises its hands a bit and moves them back behind it. The center of its chest appears to be open like ribs are exposed and kind of curled in. On the inside you swear you can see a sort of ethereal humanoid shape that's holding the ribs and screaming silently. That could be your sister-in-law. You would have been the intent of it a little further back. I haven't gotten a lot of watery spear and it didn't do anything
