The Importance of Dining Out
I think I realized in the course of reporting that I mostly, it's, I just like talking to people. And learning about what's going on in their lives and why they're doing the things they're doing. You know, other people have talked about this, the importance or the lack of attention we give to food and these sort of spaces. It's just, it's tough to make the audience care, the reader care. Grub Street is there to serve people who want to eat out and dine out, right? Yeah.
