How to Reflect on Your Week
I think the biggest thing that I'm taking out of it is the reflection questions. It's actively looking at positive aspects of my week. There's a component to our brains where we look for what won't work about something before we give it a shot. Adam: Now that I'm more well informed and you're brilliant, this is super motivating.
