Do Strength Workouts Moderately, Not Exhausted
You can't do a very tough work out every day. You could just do, like, make your work out very difficult, and just do it, like twice a week, that will be enough. Another approach whauld i like to do is because i do other sports, i'm doing jujitsu. So i don't want my muscles to be exhausted, because the next day i've got to go fight and do jujitsu, and that's also using strength. And then the second thing you need to do to keep your energy and health and, ah, keep yorself alive, is just to stay active every day. Go for nice, long walks every single day
