Breathe With Your Apple Watch
Ahi, i do five minutes of breathing with my apple watch. I use that right before i go to sleep most days now. It's become a nice habit that i do almost every night and i very much enjoy it. And you know, that deep breathing helps me clear my head of all the worry that i have from the overwhelm, so that i can get some sleep. Am, i use the the light on my apple watch sometimes as a torch, so i can scribble more things in there.
