How to Mix Calisthenics and Weights

If you usually have 100 kilo or one repetition max but today you feel very bad just adapt the weight of the of your sets to to that weight. It has no sense to put weight on a pull up if you can only do like two pull up the three pull ups so don't get excited because one day you will be stuck. Just keep going little earlier and progress fast in the beginning as long as you start from the bottom I would say.
