The ultimate limiteof liability is on dollars. The sides of the basket, what's counted against the basket and how long it sits out there are all things that get negotiated in the legal agreements. And everybody has their market value concept on that, or what market is meaning, what's customary. So yo get a lot of interesting pesoteric discussions between the lawyers,. saying, on the west coast we do it this way. On the east coast, we do it that way. i've seen some pretty interesting arguments, which is always beneficial to the person arguing.
