How to Reduce Soreness in a D Load Week
If you're coming off the D load, like first couple sessions, you're hella sore. And that can in a sense kind of kick you in the butt and hold you back when you do get back into your normal programming. So I think we have to be aware of that too. Like a D load week isn't like a, like a have fun and enjoy yourself type deal. We're just doing all these different weird things. But yeah, I mentioned you, you, I remember you mentioned in that Brad and it kind of stuck out. Oh, one more thing. Forgot.
