The Importance of Strength Training Off the Bike
I had never done anything pretty much off the bike. I would go to some yoga classes. When we talk about strength training, that wasn't in my life prior to Rio. The other thing is that I worked with a registered dietician to hone in on my recovery plan. And so if it was eating 30 grams of protein, 30 minutes before bed, that's just what I did. Well, that's like accountability. Right?
