The main focus is everywhere i can go quite a bit below what i would normally eat from carbohydrates. Ah, there's points during the off season where i might go very low and follow kind of my more strict cetogenic diet. U in terms of structuring the actual day or days around that type of stuff, i try not to get too focused on one particular day as like a focus point. And then over the course of a year, i'm probably closer to ma yo, like, say, ten % carbohydrate intake on average, when you blend all that stuff together.
