Training Repetition - The Fastest Way to Get Fit

Repetition. The more frequent you can expose an organism to a stimulus, the higher likelihood it is they will adapt to the stimulus. If the stimulus is too hard, or the accumulation of the fatigue is too great, you start to get from functional over reaching to over training cendrom. Little bouts of frequent, moderate efforts sustained very dense periods, daily by daily, what have you. i think the thing we agree on is the quickest path to hurry up and get fit, a offence, so to speak.
