The first decision that people need to make down the exercise pathway is the mind set of what we're talking about. There needs to be time in your family go cut wood, or you go on a run or a jog, or whatever. And i say that even as people think i've heard that i have. I've set up a gim in my house with weights and all that kind of stuff. It's kind of stupid that i'm sitting there moving andd i'm not creating energy. But i just don't have a life style.
