The Focus of Our Strength Program Program Is Functionally Strong

We are trying to be functionally strong so we can endure a long event and move our bodies like one with a bike everyone wants to be one with your bike. We do not try to become big bulky weightlifters that's not the goal at all. Our program is basically an hour long twice a week that i'm putting into this of course we can't go into an entire workout in this episode but maybe you can give our listeners a sense of what they ought to be focusing on if they don't have a program yet and are just starting out.
