Is Your Attention Getting Involved?
We have to be very intentional about doing the things we should do to benefit our attention, which is eating well and taking meaningful breaks. I thought when I started working from home almost 10 years ago, that would change permanently. But I still struggle with it. There are times where I even come back here to where I'm sitting now, or I don't even eat at all. And so it's something I thought would get easier when the environment changed, but I find it’s something I still have to work on really, really hard.
