How Do You Bring People Along on the Research Journey?

The days when we could just sit in our silos and build great product are over. You will not exist as a company in five to 10 years if you were products that way, period. I think trying to always assume the best intent from everyone makes for better working relationships. And then I think also is understanding that we all kind of do speak different languages.
