i've been saying my mantra for many, many years. Montra's very important to me and it was a really big part of my clearing of my anxiety. So i think your montra will stay with you. You can just kind of be open to it in your meditation. I want you to unclench your jaw, relax your shoulders and take a deep breath. Sometimes it's all we need is the reminder to that little tiny bit of time for ourselves.
