Turning Adjectives Into Identity

If we want to persuade someone to do something use language that translates it into an identity. Even as we're describing ourselves or our colleagues how we describe them can shape the way they are seen. By turning actions by turning birds are turning adjectives into identities it makes it seem more stable and so if you say a runner is consistently running in my brain because they hold that identity, I think that's more consistent.
