Night owls are people who hit their peak really late in the day. What frustrates me is that you have 20 % of the population, 20% of the talen pool, that traditional organizations are simply not accommodating. Many organizms are driving out this pool of work. I think it's really hard to do that t which is one reason why you see a lot of owls becoming self employed or doing their own thing. The question we should be asking is what are organizations doing to accommodate all the talent in their fice? And what the organization should be doing is saying, ok, some of our team are or als.
