The best way to measure cat ratio when you're ramping wraps is ARR per fully ramped wrap, in effect. You can either look at ARR from ramp reps divided by the number of ramped wraps,. Or you can look at ARr per RRE which is a math nerd, is the one I prefer. And that would be my sales productivity.
