The Disadvantages of a Neutral Trial

I can address a couple of the the items and I'm glad I won't get a beating. Initially you mentioned that it was a neutral trial but I think this actually now provides sufficient evidence to support current practice. We didn't demonstrate a significant or any sort of trend towards harm so I think clinicians should be sort of encouraged to maintain normal capital of normal capital values with some degree of certainty. It's particularly messy at a time where patients are experiencing hemodynamic metabolic disturbances.
