The Importance of Training

I like that some days are hard, and some days are fucking insanely hard. The hard days feel easy because of the insanely hard days. There's a life lesson in there too. One of the biggest benefits for me in doing really hard stuff in the gym is that it makes it really easy to navigate hard stuff that happens in an uncontrollable environment over the course of the day. Your mental fortitude is stronger. Physically, you can withstand, you've built tolerances to life's intolerances. And what you'll find when you do that is that regularly hard things start to feel much easier.
