i feel there's an opportunity in sophor products to productize this notion more like, give customers the sense that you have a handle on their full history. For example, i do wonder if there's some kind of procked opportunity for a support help desk that does in code a lot of these ideas. But its tricky because it would need such deep integration with the rest of your systems in would be fairly specific t yor business.
