Start-ups are bets on how markets will unfold. If you get that bet wrong, no amount of execution is going to help you. My bet five years ago was a multi cloud content just bet. At the time t example, looked like i was gon to te only thing my bet isthat if that's the case, i can tell you what problems people are going to have. Those are the problems people are goingto have. Got it right, so that positioning is the basis of the whole company and everything else is just a derivative of that.
