You like, you've got health, you've got body composition, and then you've got performance. And performance is both the physical and the mental side of things. In ne health is a bit wishy wath, excuse me, canig an speak a bit wishy washy in terms of liar? Wha, wht are we actully looking for wit? That is at specific metriexblod panel. I what? What's going on there? You know? And body composition, again, i sayk, that's different for everyone. But what you can use as a kind of more practical way of thinking of those three categories, and this isnt lying up perfectly, but it's, how do you look? How do you feel? How do you perform? You know, you could change, you could be focusing all your energy on how you look, and it might not change how you feel, it might not change how you perform, you know. And preponderously, you can be focusing on one of the other ones, and it's not changing the other ones, you know. And that's really important to understand, that you've basi yv got these three things to look at when you're you're assassin. What's going on? How do you look? Do you like the way you look? Ok, maybe you don't like the way you look. Why is that, you know. And is it changing how you feel? Ok, it would change in how you look, change how you feel? Oh, it would, or you think it would.
