The Importance of Practice
It took me a long time to get used to doing TDD. And I conceptually understood why I should do it. But if somebody had taught me to do TDD from the beginning, then, you know, that would have been a good idea. It's really hard to suck at things. Other people are probably better at it, but I hate sucking stuff. Well, I'm not special child, right? So since I suck at it,I'm not smart. It's fun. Oh, on top of that. You don't need to know why short methods are better to greatly benefit from writing short methods.
