How to Get Things Done on Time

Training for me is normally such an escape from the business of day to day life. Once i lost that, in my mind, there was no escape from day-to-day life. It's the barrier between work and play. If we re realygong to simplify it down, and play is my train i whilst, yes, it feeds into work  I enjoy training because it is a playful, creative expression for me as an individual. So when that starts to feel like a chaw when it starts to feel in the way, when it start to feel like the wrong thing to be doing, training for 16 to 20 hours a week actually becomes exceptionally demanding to get out of
