I icing is an easy thing in humans, i think. Theree's not really much of any downside to doing itike, certainly not from the research, for an injury. And it will definitely reduce the pain, you know, on a short term basis,. especially in the first like, 24, like forty eight hours. That's when it's proposed to potentially have the best effect and like really reducing the secondary injury.
