The Importance of Straighten Conditioning
When strength is used a lot in any type of physical practice, it's the softness of texture of the body that is often missing. So we need to question then, straighten conditioning to become back to here. And so being able to zoom into the micro of those aspects, and we can see are any containers missing, and as well as there any container that's perhaps getting too much attention, attention just because I think, you know, I just have to do that to get strong.
