There's a question here. Are there, if meditation has the biggest impact for the hours directly afterwards, should we try to meditate in the morning rather than in the evening? So you're aware of any research or have any thoughts around about whether it might be more helpful to meditate a particular time of the day? I honestly could bet that no one has really addressed that question specifically like had experimentally assigned people to meditating in the morning versus the evening and looking at the effects. There actually is some evidence that feeling positive emotions in the morning can help sort of set us on a good trajectory for the day that there is something about that.
