A detox inherently kind of implies that you're going to retox yeah at least the digital world which to me is really weird. We took this term detox from the substance abuse community and then we completely corrupted it so I call it declutter instead of a detox because it's like you're cleaning everything out of your house essentially for good. When it's all over you could then carefully start repopulating the proverbial shelves but you're able to do so now from a really grounded perspective.
