The Power of Fueling Yourself

I've noticed a huge difference in my training now that I and then, you know, when we've done it, like I'm literally getting down four pounds or something like that. That's a lot for your amount of body fat. Even if you didn't get stronger, which I suspect you are, but the fact that you feel better makes everyone and your family happier. And it's like a lack of anxiety too. Like you feel like you're free all of a sudden just because you're not under this constraint and worry about every little thing that you're putting in your mouth.
