The next challenge is actually making space for allowing it. When we have a psychological tension or reaction, there's usually an equivalent body sensation. There's usually tension in the body in the body and the mind are not separate things. So, rather than jumping into the next thought or trying to figure out and fix something, you know, I can feel that sense of like, "Oh, I feel really shitty for not handing this in on time"
