The idea of achieving meaningful increases in strength or muscle size by doing much less is a very appealing idea to me. I've become sort of the minimum dose guy because that was what my PhD was on. So it interested me from a lifter and a practitioner perspective. We can get into some details as far as hypertrophy goes, but we can maybe split up the discussion into two parts if you will.
