As long as we can kind of identify and recognize and cultivate that self-awareness right think about the way we think we can get through it so you said in your book again that there are these steps these three steps we can take to begin transforming our stress rather than reducing it. It's totally learning that this can be a good thing you do have the power to reframeYou can tap into your heart and courageyou can recognize that this is something that you care about.
