The Three Triggers of Rejection
The idea that rejection is part of the sales game. It comes with the territory. If you're not thick skinned enough, you're not made for success. So many salespeople have on their business card, relationship manager. They know how to peddle a product, or they know how to have a perfunctory, surface level sales conversation.
