Meditation Is Not Your Thing, Is It?

Don't try to force yourself to do it. Maybe you play music that doesn't have lyrics at first in the background while you're writing a journal. Other people just say, aright, going to give myself 60 seconds to just sit and think about nothing. And then work their way up to just ten minutes a day ight. But these are small steps that we can take to get more comfortable with being alone with our thoughts.
