Social media is feeding our already like stress in life then we go into this sort of virtual world that's completely adding to that fight or flight response. In many ways giving us that sort of cheap dopamine hit too right because we can be these keyboard warriors and say what we would never say the difference with a pissy biting remark. How much edification i don't know but yeah it's a great vehicle I mean i think social media can be used for great things but if it's a source of like this endless fomo inducing content  I don't know how much it's good for your health"
