The Importance of Time in Running

After race blues is totally different than pre-race anxiety. I just, I legitimately see every race as like an opportunity to go out and learn something about myself. For this person who says they're just gonna move on from triathlon completely, which is totally okay. You still have to incorporate some activity into your day to day life. And that will help with the blues in general.
