How do you pick where you're going to go what's your criteria I'm picking like your next company. Most of my career has been spent in and around private companies that have converted into private equity like companies maybe to public companies. My sweet spot for me that I really enjoy is kind of that 200 million type company, because it can certainly finance a ham sandwich but then there's a tremendous outlook for growth and explosion.
