Exercise seems to promote anxiety regulation and make us more able to manage and cope with stress down the line. If you're prescribed medicine for some mental health, like depression or anxiety, you should probably stay on that because you are being overseen by a physician right now. It doesn't hurt to start exercising, but it helps you physically at least,. Right? And your brain is part of your, is an organ. These dose effects, I don't know if 60 minutes a day is going to be enough for me or if it's 20 minutes a day. So the science just isn't really there yet.
