A lot of people listening now, they just got their head filled with Fitbit and Garmin. Do you have a general guideline for people to think about in terms of where to start? And I think people look at these Garmin things,. They're like, I definitely don't want one of those. Apple watch, sure. From an exercise perspective, their heart rate measurements are really good. Um, from a sleep perspective, anybody that tells you they can give you sleep stages is lying.
