If i'm aware of all these bits of knowledge that you're telling me, how would that affect me in terms of how i might go about approaching my own sleep cycle? You mention napping as a possible way to go about doing things are. Are you at a stage when you can say, well, you might want to try to sleep this amount per day, or you should go see your sleep therapis to find out what your ultimate profile would be)?
