The Benefits of Being Out of Your Comfort Zone

There's a psychological component to it too right so somebody's scared of big weights and they're scared of public speaking. I think that as a principle if you can introduce that early so the athletes learn what it's like to be out of their comfort zone then that is good for them in general. What they learn then is pretty much to get switched on to be thinking to be working out what needs to be done or solve problems, he says.
