You have to be able to figure out like does this feel right does it feel like I'm going too hard? So that pace differential is is huge for people who are a little bit on the faster side compared to people who are maybe a little bit closer to that 10 11 minute mile but stillKnowing that I'm keeping these efforts in the right zone is the important factor.
