I'm connecting it to something I'm already doing automatically. Another one I've started this week with my fast. When I sit down to eat any meal, so any meal breakfast, lunch or dinner at home, obviously, I will first drink a glass of fresh vegetable juice. As soon as I sit down and before, before, I eat any solid food, right? So dinner's ready. That's my cue. It's time to drink a juice now. Same with breakfast. Breakfast was ready. That was my sign.
