In buddhism, we take refugewhere do i take refuge? And i think taking refuge in something is really important. Your sense is, i trust and thus that makes things possible. I'm still a little bit more on the like, i want to take refuge in a shelter that i've had a chance to check out. But youe got to kick the tires. Ya, but that's not quite trust. So anyway, i'm going to stop talking. Ah, ya, well, you know this thing about that trustes, it takes time. To build. And it takes effort. It's spiritual practicey.
