Interviewers often ask for clearification even when they don't need it. We always have a sense of a problem from our own perspective, she says. If we want to build something that solves a problem for somebody else and is also intuitive for them, we need to fully understand their perspective. "We're socially conditioned to not ask dumb questions," he adds.
