A lot of the ideas that we've already discussed for how to create good habits fit into this four step process. And I'd love to do a kind of rapid fire segment where we just go through each of the four so that people can understand the kind of systematic way of thinking about habit forming. Step one, there's an initial cue and you got to make it obvious. What should we know about that? Yeah. So the cue is just something that you notice.
