I wish there were more of an objective metric for people. I think so often we get into stress states and we don't even understand how stressed we are. It's one of these silent killers. Fast insulin is the most interesting blood work analyses that I've learned about since finishing residency and doing what I do now as a physician. And if more physicians did fasting insulin, it would change medicine.
