The Problem With the Training Frequency Literature
The training frequency literature is not telling us anything about the individual training recommendations for specific people. fiber type portion analysis does it literally takes the inner muscle and goes you know how much of this muscle is fast rich how much is slow to it. i think ultimately the problem with relying on must five type exclusively is that it doesn't take voluntary activation into consideration because if you have somebody who's got a very high voluntary activation capacity even if they are earring on the slow to each side they will activate all of their available fast switch fires.
